the property is 'large and beautiful', yet, it seems to take a small army to maintain it—because clearly, there isn't one. the staff, bless their hearts, couldn't even provide a welcome gift, which I distinctly deserved since I paid good money. I almost gave them a good review, but simply couldn't, alas!
